Take This Quiz to Find Out Your Weakest Chakra. Our chakras are always in flux, moving between being active or closed, strong or weak. From the finite to the infinite, our chakras express all that it means to be a soul having a human experience.
At the base of the spine with the Root Chakra, we are connected to the earth and matters of being human. This energy progresses up the spine to the crown of the head with the Crown Chakra where we are connected to our higher selves, the universe, and all the matters of being an infinite soul.
When there’s a block in a specific chakra, that energy in our subtle body is not moving at its optimal rate and impacts both our emotional and physical aspects lives, causing feelings of emotional instability, financial lack, relationship issues, headaches and more.
Bringing balance to the chakras will also bring balance to your external life. Starting at the base of the spine and closest to earth is the Root Chakra, and we move up the length of the spine with the Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and Crown Chakra.
These placements and specific vibrations mirror internal and external aspects of life. As above, so below; as within, so without. Your external life is a direct reflection and result of your internal life. Bring balance to your chakras so as to bring balance to your external life, which mirrors your internal life.
The ancients understood that all in the universe is comprised of energy and vibration, as is also the human body. When in alignment, our energy flows freely and vibrantly and we’re likelier to enjoy a life of grace and ease.
When there are blockages in your internal energy, as with a weak or closed chakra, then you will experience mirrored challenges. To wit, if your heart chakra is imbalanced or blocked, you may suffer physical effects like high or low blood pressure, or emotional effects like feeling unworthy of love or struggling with self-love. The manifestation of the ailment from a blocked chakra can be both physical and emotional.
Take the chakra quiz below so you can work through any chakra imbalances or weaknesses and bring your seven energy centers back into balance.

Your Chakra Quiz Results
The results are in! Determine which chakra is out of balance from your answers. It is possible to have more than one imbalanced chakra. Take this chakra quiz as often as needed to determine the health and state of all seven chakras.
If you got mostly A’s: Your weakest chakra is the First Chakra, or the Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine.
This chakra is connected to everything that is solid and finite including finances, purpose, shelter, security, food, water. When this chakra is imbalanced you can experience financial instability, depression, and anxiety.
To balance this chakra: Bring more safety and stability into your life, express emotions of loss and grief, and explore what your life purpose is.
If you got mostly B’s: Your weakest chakra is the seventh and highest chakra, or Crown Chakra, located at the crown of the head.
This chakra is connected to everything that is ethereal and infinite including spirituality, your higher self, and the universe as a whole. When this chakra is imbalanced you may experience feelings of loneliness, loss of faith, dread, or feel like nothing matters.
To balance this chakra: Meditate on connection to your infinite soul, spirit guides, angels, and ancestors.
If you got mostly C’s: Your weakest chakra is the Fourth Chakra, or Heart Chakra, in the chest center around the heart.
This chakra is connected to unconditional love, empathy, compassion, self-love, and acceptance. When the Heart Chakra is imbalanced you may feel apathetic, hopeless, unworthy, and unwilling to forgive.
To balance this chakra: First, start off with loving yourself as it truly is the first step in giving and receiving love from others. You can meditate on unconditional self-acceptance and slowly extend that to others as you build your love muscle.
If you got mostly D’s: Your weakest chakra is the Sixth Chakra, or Third Eye Chakra, located in the brain, between the eyebrows.
The Third Eye Chakra is connected to your intuition, foresight, open mindedness, and judgement. When this chakra is imbalanced you may feel lost, like you don’t know what to do and don’t know which path to take or what your soul wants.
To balance this chakra: Go with your gut feeling when making a decision or thinking about a scenario. It may seem clear, but the more you can trust yourself and your intuition, the more your third eye will open and you can develop the gift of foresight.
If you got mostly E’s: Your weakest chakra is the Second Chakra, or Sacral Chakra, located in the pelvic area.
This chakra is connected to your creativity, sexuality, intimacy, and ability to birth (ideas or children) into life. When this chakra is imbalanced you may feel like nothing is manifesting or like you don’t have a creative bone in your body. Even deeper, you may be having fertility issues or have experienced a sexual trauma.
To balance this chakra: Express creative desire but don’t fret about holding an art show. You can also explore your sexuality more with self-pleasure, or practice somatic healing to release embedded sexual traumas.
If you got mostly F’s: Your weakest chakra is the Fifth Chakra, or Throat Chakra, located in the neck at the throat.
This chakra is connected to self-expression to speak your truth and let the world know who you are and how you feel. Authenticity and communication are at the center of the Throat Chakra. When the Throat Chakra is imbalanced, you may experience the physical loss of voice and difficulty being heard, or conversely, hearing others.
To balance this chakra: Try speaking from your heart with courage and create space for others to do the same. Your own voice is your most powerful vehicle to speak truth.
If you got mostly G’s: Your weakest chakra is the Third Chakra, or Solar Plexus Chakra, located between the navel and sternum.
This chakra is connected to confidence, willpower, self-esteem, and ego. With an unbalanced Solar Plexus, you may feel unworthy of what you desire, painfully shy, unable to take action, and uncomfortable in your own skin.
To balance this chakra: Practice self-acceptance so you can find confidence and take command of your life. Meditate on being the person of your dreams and realize that all you need is already within. Walk into places like you own the joint and hold your head high!
