Transformational Action Steps
- Schedule into your day-timer this Daily Morning Gratitude Ritual for two weeks.
- Find an inspiring space that nurtures your sense of the sacred for the Gratitude Ritual.
- Perform the Gratitude Ritual each day for at least a week.
- After the Gratitude Ritual, ask yourself what you are most appreciative for. Jot these words down and remember that they help fill your internal cup and soothe you at any time during the chaos of the daily grind.
Gratitude Ritual. As the gifts of gratitude start at home, invite a profound healing to transpire within your own body, consciousness and loving heart.
Take a few moments to mentally honor the feet that let you stand, legs that let you walk, the stomach that lets you eat, the lungs that let you breathe, the throat that lets you speak, the mouth that lets you taste, the nose that lets you smell, the eyes that let you see and your vibrant, beating heart hat lets you love
Become present to your life’s treasures and blessings that you have received
Reflect on your family, partner, friends
Look through appreciative eyes of The Divine. Give sincere thanks in a way that you have never done before.
Let fear, guilt and pain melt away in the presence of this all-encompassing appreciation. Thank God for your consciousness that can shift and transform in just a moment, as well as for your raw courage to bless yourself, your friends, family and mentors. Then, thank God for the entire Earth and all the living beings within it.
Send your tears of love and gratitude to the suffering who are alone and confused. May the heavenly vibration of gratitude puncture their fearful illusions and open their hearts to receive Divine Love.
Know that when you are in the blessed presence of this compassionate love, you and your loved ones will always flourish.
